Ngoc is the type of person who makes everyone think she’s always full of energy.
She has healthy skin, a slim figure, and a fresh appearance. But what surprises others is that her daily routine isn’t complicated at all.
Ngoc believes in three principles:
Eat enough.
Exercise regularly.
Rest properly.
Her day starts at six thirty.
No checking her phone immediately.
No lying down for too long.
She opens the window, takes a few minutes to breathe, and then starts with light exercise.
Some days it’s a twenty-minute full-body workout.
Other days it’s just a walk.
Then she eats breakfast.
Breakfast always includes protein because she finds it helps maintain energy longer.
During the workday, Ngoc pays attention to her posture and often stands up for short stretches after long periods.
She doesn’t drink excessive amounts of sugary drinks.
She prioritizes water and simple beverages.
Regarding her figure, she doesn’t weigh herself daily.
Instead, she assesses her body’s well-being:
Does she feel healthy?
Does she sleep well?
Does she have enough energy?
As for her skin, she maintains a minimalist approach.
She doesn’t try too many products at once.
She never forgets sunscreen.
She avoids staying up late for extended periods.
Ngoc’s evenings are very peaceful.
She eats a moderate dinner.
She takes care of her skin.
She reads a few pages of a book.
She goes to bed on time.
She realizes that when she gets enough sleep, her skin is more stable, her body recovers better, and her mood is more pleasant.
Once, a friend asked her:
“How do you always look so beautiful?”
Ngoc replied:
“Don’t try to become beautiful quickly. Live in a way that keeps your body healthy every day.”
That statement sounds simple, but it perfectly reflects her habits.
Beauty doesn’t come from dramatic changes in a week.
It’s built upon hundreds of days of consistent care for her body, skin, and health.
And that’s why she always maintains a radiant appearance without pursuing perfection.
