Article 4 — Thu and the Art of Consistency
Thu never believed beauty belonged only to people with perfect genetics. She believed appearance reflected how someone treated their body every day.
Unlike many of her friends, Thu avoided dramatic transformations. She chose routines she could maintain for years.
Her mornings began at 6:15.
The first thing she did was open the curtains and spend several minutes stretching. She noticed that movement early in the day reduced stiffness and improved her mood.
Breakfast was her favorite meal.
She prepared simple meals:
Rice and eggs
Fruit with yogurt
Whole grains with vegetables
Fresh smoothies
Thu avoided highly restrictive diets because she wanted stable energy instead of short-term results.
Three days a week she trained with light weights. Two days she walked in the park.
She believed muscle tone created a healthier appearance than chasing thinness.
Her skincare philosophy was equally simple.
Morning:
Wash face gently
Moisturize
Apply sunscreen
Night:
Remove sunscreen and makeup
Cleanse
Moisturize
She rarely stayed up late.
After dinner, she limited screen time and prepared for the next day by organizing clothes and meals.
One thing Thu valued deeply was relaxation.
She took quiet breaks during the day and practiced breathing exercises when stressed.
Over time, her healthy habits became automatic.
People often described her as naturally beautiful.
But Thu knew her appearance came from ordinary actions repeated consistently.
