Her skincare routine emphasized simplicity. Every morning she cleansed her face, applied moisturizer, and finished with sunscreen before leaving home. In the evening she carefully removed makeup, washed her face again, and applied a nourishing cream. Once every week she used a gentle face mask while relaxing with herbal tea and a good book.
Maya believed emotional well-being influenced physical beauty. She enjoyed gardening after work, caring for flowers and vegetables that brightened her home. The peaceful activity reduced stress and encouraged her to spend time outdoors.
Sleep was another priority. Maya followed a consistent bedtime routine, turning off electronic devices an hour before sleep and reading instead. By getting seven to eight hours of rest each night, she woke feeling refreshed and maintained healthy, glowing skin.
