Dinner remains light and nourishing.
Before sleeping, Linh removes makeup carefully and follows a short nighttime skincare routine. She sleeps before 11:00 p.m. whenever possible.
Over time, these habits transformed her appearance. Her skin became calmer, her posture improved, and she developed natural confidence.
